Interested in Energy Exchange?

Thank you for your interest in Energy Exchange with Urban Jars Halifax! We love our Energy Exchange program because it allows us to help you with your grocery bill and weekly meal prep while receiving the benefit of your valuable time and efforts.

Most of our Energy Exchange needs are for Thursday between 9am and 5pm. We do have a flexible shift to come and make protein bites.
