SIGN UP
Join the Urban Jars Community by signing up and creating a member's profile. This gets you signed up to our text list (if you choose) and gives you a lot more information about how our service works!

Membership
By signing up, you are agreeing to the Waiver and Terms & Conditions of the Urban Jars Community. It’s important to thoroughly read the rules and regulations of what it means to be an Urban Jars member, as we depend on our members to help us run our reusable jar program. This includes a refundable deposit and the timely return of our equipment.

VIEW MENU
Choose your items from our seasonally based menu. All jars are fresh for 7 days, while protein bites stay fresh for 2 weeks.
Our jars are fully customizable. If you have a food sensitivity or special diet, or if you simply don’t love a certain ingredient, we will prepare it to your preference. Specifications can be stated during the ordering process.

PLACE AN ORDER
Visit the “Place an order” tab. Here you will find the full variety of jars currently available. Select your jars and enter any special requests or allergies.
If a preference or allergy is not noted in the modification line, your jar will be prepared according to the ingredients listed on the website.

DELIVERY
When you check-out, you will see the delivery options available to you. If you only see pick-up options, it means you are outside of our current delivery area. However, we are working to add convenient pick-up locations to accommodate those outside our radius.
Your order will be delivered to your home or work on Friday afternoon. Store in your fridge and enjoy throughout the week!

RECYCLE JARS
Remember this is an eco friendly business! It’s important to leave the empty jars out for pick-up, upon the fresh jars being dropped off! If you skip a couple of weeks, please reach out to Karly or Shannon, and we can provide an address to drop off your empties.

REORDER FAVOURITES
Menu updates are released weekly. Reorder your favourites online from Sunday at 9am until Monday at midnight. Be sure to select delivery or pick-up and your preferred payment method.

​The ingredients within the jar are layered to optimize freshness and texture of the contents. This is an important factor with large weekly orders, as the jars are prepared on Thursday, delivered Friday, and enjoyed for 7 days.
