Mini Egg Cookies

These nutrition facts are per cookie, assuming you made 2 dozen and you used an egg and butter, as the original recipe suggests. Any variation to this will result in different nutritional information. 

All you need to do to bake and enjoy a batch of two dozen chocolate chip cookies is mix in one egg and 3/4 cup of melted butter (or substitute). Optional: 1 tsp of vanilla. 

Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes and let cool before enjoying!

We baked one dozen and froze one dozen as cookie dough balls to enjoy closer to the holiday. We hope you enjoy these as much as we do!
