  • 1) Add the content of the jar to a hot skillet,  add 1-3 eggs.

    Mix eggs and contents together, and cook. Jars make a perfect omelette in minutes.

    2) Mix eggs and contents of jar together, pour into silicone muffin liners (recommended), bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

    Time baking depends on how full you fill your egg cups, if you use silicone liners, etc. Start checking at 15 minutes! Add time for fuller cups and silicone liners.
